Unfortunately, we don't have the actual decibel reading. What I can tell you is the sound the UC250 produces should be less than a regular conversation noise level.
The metal to metal contact from the steel rack and the tank is usually what causes the most noise. You can mitigate the sound by opting for a plastic basket vs. the stainless steel baskets.
